Cedar Roots Leadership

Rooted In Relationship. Guided by Land. Held in Spirit.

We Offer indigenous-led facilitation, retreats and workshops that honour land, spirit and community. Our work is guided by indigenous worldviews that centre relationality, deep listening and respect as pathways to a deeper understanding of others ways of doing and being -  to work towards common ground, transformation and meaningful connection.

Walking with Intention

We create spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply and reconnect - to self - to land - to community - to spirit.
Each offering is held with cultural integrity, humility and a commitment to collective care.

When we walk with authentic hearts, be it on the land or in meeting spaces we honour the teachings that remind us we are not separate - we are all part of a larger story - WE ARE ALL ONE!

Principles We Carry:

Relationality – Everything is connected. We hold space in a way that honors relationships — to self, each other, the land, and the ancestors.
Cultural Integrity – We uphold teachings with care and intention, ensuring that all practices are shared with permission and cultural accuracy.
Ceremony and Story – We integrate stories, protocols, and ceremony to guide the process and invite deeper presence.

We welcome your inquiries, collaborations, and connections.

Whether you’re interested in booking a retreat  or workshop, inviting us to facilitate a gathering, or simply want to learn more, we’d be honoured to hear from you.

As Indigenous-led facilitators, we do not offer this acknowledgment as a formality — but as a living practice of relational accountability.  We carry a responsibility to uphold the teachings of the land, walk with integrity, and act in ways that reflect respect and reciprocity.
